By placing an order on mahirlifestyle you agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh. Prices are listed in BDT and inclusive of applicable taxes. Orders are confirmed only after our team verifies your details by phone.
Inside Dhaka orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka orders arrive within 3–5 business days via our courier partners. Delivery charges vary by area and are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier disruptions beyond our control.
You may return or exchange any unused product within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Contact us with your order number to begin the process.
All Mahir Lifestyle products are handcrafted from genuine leather sourced in Bangladesh. Small variations in colour, grain, and texture are natural characteristics of leather — not defects. Photographs are taken in natural light; slight tonal differences may occur on different screens.
We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order — name, phone, address, and optional notes. We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond our courier partners. Your information is stored securely and used solely for order fulfilment and service updates.
